Myriad Matrix is built for surgical teams handling suture line reinforcement, trauma reconstruction, hernia and abdominal wall repair, and muscle or dermal flap stabilization. Its conforming structure means it can be trimmed and shaped intraoperatively to fit the specific defect in front of the surgeon, rather than forcing the anatomy to fit a rigid implant.
